Oklahoma is serviced by the USINS Oklahoma City Sub Office; 4149 Highline Boulevard, Suite #300; Oklahoma City, OK 73108. The Oklahoma City Sub Office is open to the public from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday and on Federal holidays. To speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must obtain a ticket, available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lobby of the office. Tickets may be obtained from 8:00 AM until the doors are closed at 3:00 PM. Please note that waiting times vary. The shortest waiting times usually occur on Thursdays and Fridays. All persons in the lobby at closing time will be served. Additionally, there is a display rack in the Public Lobby containing public use forms and information pertaining to the various INS applications. No ticket is required to obtain forms from this rack. No ticket is required if you are coming to this office for a scheduled appointment. Place your appointment letter in the orange basket on the blue counter and be seated in the lobby. Your name will be called. Note: taking a number for this purpose may cause a delay in your visit to this office. Please note that this office does not accept cash. Fees must be paid by personal check, certified check, or money order payable to: "Immigration & Naturalization Service". Two forms of identification are required, one being a photo ID.
