North Dakota does not have an INS office. Services are handled through the St. Paul, MN, District Office. The office is located at INS St. Paul District; 2901 Metro Drive, Suite 100; Bloomington, MN 55425. The St. Paul District Office is open to the public on Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. THE INFORMATION OFFICE IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC ON FRIDAY. To speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must obtain a number from the receptionist in the information area. Please note that on extremely busy days, you may have to wait a few hours for your number to be called. Because of the possibility of a long waiting time and limited waiting space, we recommend that you do not bring children with you to the Information Area. Monday is generally the busiest day of the week. Please note that this office does not accept cash. Fees must be paid only by check or money order.
