The Las Vegas office serves the Nevada counties of Clark, Esmerelda, Nye, and Lincoln. All other counties in Nevada are serviced by the Reno office. The INS Las Vegas Sub Office is located at 3373 Pepper Lane; Las Vegas, NV 89120-2739. The Las Vegas Office is open to the public from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and on Federal holidays. To speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must obtain a ticket, available on a first-come-first-served basis in the Lobby of the Office. Only a limited number of tickets is available each day. Tickets may be obtained between the hours of 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Please also note that you may have to wait several hours until your number is called. The INS Reno Sub Office is located at 1351 Corporate Boulevard; Reno, NV 89502. The Reno office is located on Corporate Boulevard. The major cross street is Mill Street. The Reno District Office is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
