Purpose of Form: Use this form to apply for United States Citizenship

Where to File: Send your N-400 application and supporting documents to the USCIS Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence.
All naturalization applicants filing under military provisions sections 328 or 329 should file application at Nebraska Service Center regardless of geographic location or jurisdiction. Please send your application to:

Filing Fee: $330.
Except no fee is required for military applicants filing under Sections 328 and 329 of INA.
NOTE: The fee for this application has changed from that shown in the form's instructions. Applications submitted with an incorrect amount will be returned.
$595 plus a biometrics fee of $80; the fee total is $675. Applicants 75 years of age or older are not charged a biometric fee; their fee total is $595. No fee is required for military applicants filing under Section 328 and 329 of the INA.
A $80 additional fee for biometrics may be required.
Fees are accepted in the form of money order, personal check or cashiers check only.
