A change has been announced in the photo requirements for all applicants from a three-quarter face position to a standard full frontal face position to take effect August 2, 2004. Please be aware that three quarter and full frontal color photographs will be accepted until September 1, 2004. After this date, ONLY full frontal color photos will be accepted. ALL PHOTOS MUST BE OF JUST THE PERSON AND BE IN COLOR. When is applicable, you will be required to submit color paper photographs taken within 30 days of E-Filing your form. The number of photographs required depends on the type of application you are E-Filing. This form includes information on the specifications and number of photographs required for each application. Using a pencil, lightly print your Alien Registration Number (A#) and E-Filing receipt number on back of each photograph sent with the supporting documentation. |
