This form should be used if you have any problem with the USCIS where it was not resolved properly or the officer acted in an improper manner. Because The Assistance Center fully encourages citizens to exercise their due process rights, the only fee charged for this form is $.25 for processing unless you wish for the form to be mailed or emailed to you.
