Florida residents are served by the Miami District Office. The Miami District Office has several suboffices to handle individual counties. JACKSONVILLE SUBOFFICE: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Jackson, Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Wakulla, Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Madison, Hamilton, Suwanee, Taylor, Lafayette, Dixie, Levy, Columbia, Baker, Gilchrist, Alachua, Union, Bradford, Nassua, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Putnam. THE ADDRESS OF THE JACKSONVILLE SUBOFFICE IS: 4121 Southpoint Boulevard; Jacksonville, FL 32216. The office is open from 9:00am until 12:00 noon. The office only issues sixty "tickets" for service. Therefore, you should arrive early. ORLANDO SUBOFFICE: Marion, Flagler, Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Sumter, Orange, Brevard, and Osceola. THE ADDRESS OF THE ORLANDO SUBOFFICE IS: 9403 Tradeport Drive; Orlando, FL 32827. The office issues tickets from 8:00 am until about 1:00pm, Monday through Friday. The normal wait time is several hours. TAMPA SUBOFFICE: Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Hardee, Manatee, Sarasota, Desoto, Charlotte, and Lee Counties. The office is located at 5524 West Cypress Street; Tampa, FL 33607. The office is open from 8:00 am until 4:00pm, however no tickets for service are given out after 1:00pm. There is a several hour wait for service. WEST PALM BEACH SATELLITE OFFICE: Highlands, Okeechobee, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Glades, Hendry, and Palm Beach. There are two offices. The first office, located at 301 Broadway in Riviera Beach, FL 33401, is for scheduled interviews, employment authorization documents, forms distribution, and filing N-600 and N-565 forms. The office is open from 7:00am until 3:00pm. The second office is located at 2501 Briston Drive; West Palm Beach, FL 33409, and operates by appointment only. The office provides information on case status, and form I-90 and I-131 applications. Appointments should be made by calling 561-684-2887 from 7:15am until 3:15pm. MIAMI DISTRICT OFFICE: Broward, Collier, Dade, Monroe, and Florida Keys. THE ADDRESS OF THE MIAMI DISTRICT OFFICE IS 7880 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33138.
